Bankruptcy Register Search (BRS)

You can find personal insolvency information about individuals using the BRS. The BRS accesses information from the National Personal Insolvency Index (NPII).

If you already have an account for AAR online, you can set up your BRS account.

Debt agreements online

Debt agreements online is an online service for debt agreement administrators and creditors to:

  • complete and submit debt agreement forms
  • check status of debt agreements

Please note: from 1 January 2018, online lodgement via Debt agreements online or AFSA’s business-to-government (B2G) service will be mandatory for all practitioner submissions. We will be unable to process any lodgements received via other methods after this date.

Official Receiver notices online

Official Receiver notices online is a new and intuitive online form that allows trustees to apply for Official Receiver notices through an online channel.

Creditor Meeting Advertising online

Trustee can only lodge request to publish Creditor Meeting Advertising using AFSA online service
