Employee conduct

Code of conduct breaches

We are committed to the highest levels of integrity and professionalism. Under the Public Service Act 1999, we have specific procedures that help to determine breaches of the Australian Public Service (APS) Code of Conduct. They also set out possible sanctions that may apply to an APS employee at the Australian Financial Security Authority, or a former employee during the time of the suspected misconduct.

These procedures are publicly available on our website, as required by section 15(7) of the Act.

Read the Procedures for determining breaches of the Code of Conduct and for determining sanctions.
