Request for information to not be on the NPII

If you believe your safety is at risk by publishing your address or other information on the National Personal Insolvency Index (NPII) you may apply to have the address or other information hidden.

We cannot hide your name and date of birth.

If you are applying for bankruptcy, you must complete the request at question 6 of the Bankruptcy Form. If you do not complete the request at question 6 on the  Bankruptcy Form, your full details may be published on the NPII.

You can submit an application for bankruptcy using Online Services.

If you are already bankrupt, in a personal insolvency or debt agreement and want to hide your details, please contact us to make a written request or use the Request for information to not be on the NPII form.

For more information on evidence that if available can be used to support your request see: Can I hide my details that appear on the National Personal Insolvency Index?
