Notice of meeting of creditors - Form 38

Trustees must use this form to tell creditors of a creditor meeting.  Notice must be given at least 10 business days before the meeting date.

Common reasons to hold a creditors meeting include considering a composition offer, trustees informing creditors of conduct of the administration and to change trustees.
